To Fellow Citizens of United States of America:

I have filed this complaint at FTC. FYI -

What happened? FTC Complaint Filed

Originally submitted on August 21, 2024

FTC Report Number 176570736 This pertains to the complaint filed yesterday. I have a set of follow up questions:

1. What is the Federal policy on seeking recorded conversations? How can I go about requesting and getting it right away from merchants, and financial institutions?

2. Can a consumer record a conversation for their own protection, and can this be produced as an evidence?

3. As per Federal policy, the country was under Public Health Emergency (PHE) until May 10, 2023. If that were the case, can an airline and/or travel agency impose a rule of their own to override governmental policy? I believe such actions caused endangerment of the
citizens of this country. For that reason, I believe that each citizen of this country should be compensated appropriately. Though our lives are worth a lot more, for the sake of putting a finite value to resolve this issue, I would like to seek $100000 per year per citizen from the involved parties, who did not follow the Public Health Emergency guidelines. FTC support is requested in assisting me to file a class action lawsuit?

 4. What is the policy in producing recordings of conversations that involved multiparty during a hearing process? FTC's support would be greatly appreciated.
